  • What time is check-in?

    4:00 p.m.

  • What time is check-out?

    12:00 pm

  • Can I check out late?

    We try to accommodate late check-out requests when we can; it depends on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. We’ll do our best. Fees may apply.

  • Do you accomodate meetings, events, and weddings?

  • Is there valet parking?

    Yes! Valet parking is available for $60 per night

  • Where can I work out?

    Our fitness center is located on the lower level and is open 24 hours a day. We also have our Well +Fit program for those looking for more than just a hotel fitness center.

  • Where can we print our boarding passes?

    Our front desk team can check you in and print your boarding passes for you.

  • Is there any way to do laundry?

    We don’t have self-service laundry facilities, but we do offer same-day dry cleaning and laundry service Monday - Friday. You’ll find laundry bags and forms in your room’s closet. Drop your laundry at the front desk by 9 a.m. and you’ll have it back by 7 p.m. We also partner with Loopie laundry for pick up and drop off laundry services.

  • How can I make calls?

    From your guestroom phone, dial “9″ and then the number. Local and toll-free number calls are included with your stay. Long distance fees vary.

  • What are the differences between the Deluxe, Premium and Superior Rooms?

  • Is there an amenities fee?

    Yes, the daily guest & amenities fee is $29 plus tax.

  • What amenities do you offer?

    We offer several signature amenities including unique community pass partnerships, a 24-hour arcade, Well + Fit kits, spiritual menu and bicycle rentals. Visit our Signature Amenities page to learn more.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked.

    Our Flexible Rate allows you to change or cancel your reservation up to noon (12pm) on the day before your arrival. Changing the date on any reservations through our Flexible Rate may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes.

  • Do you offer accessible rooms?

  • Are pets welcome?

    Yes, we will happily greet your furry companion with a pet bed, bowls, toy, tasty treat, and a list of local pet resources. Click here to learn more. A $65 pet fee applies.

    Stop by the front desk and let us help you map out your visit!
